Season ticket prices – full list
Types of season ticket
- Resident monthly
- General access monthly tickets valid in selected ticketing areas, entitling the holder to travel on day and night lines:
- registered for 1 line (normal and reduced, Zone I only – a passenger using a season ticket for a specific communication line is entitled to travel along this line with vehicles of any other day and night lines, the route of which is common for the length of at least one inter-stop section and runs in the same direction. The joint route begins/ends at the stops of the same name, starting (or ending) the joint section,
- registered network tickets (normal, special and reduced price) for all day and night lines,
- Social assistance ticket – monthly registered ticket entitling the holder to multiple journeys in ticket zone I; I and II or I and II and III on all daily lines. Persons whose income is equal to or lower than the income threshold for granting benefits from social assistance are entitled to purchase the ticket.
- Activation ticket for the unemployed – monthly registered ticket entitling the holder to multiple journeys in ticket zone I; I and II or I and II and III on all daily lines. The purchase and use of the ticket is permitted for to persons who have a valid (issued not earlier than 3 months before the date of the ticket inspection) certificate, issued by the Employment Office appropriate for the place of residence, confirming that the person is currently registered as unemployed. The starting date of the ticket to be purchased may not be later than the expiry date of the certificate.

How do I obtain a Kraków City Card (KKM)?
The Krakow City Card is a personal electronic medium for a season ticket. To become a user of the KKM system and purchase a season ticket for the first time, while simultaneously receiving a free KKM card, visit one of the KMK Ticket Sales Points and there:
- fill in the appropriate application (also available below for download),
- present a document confirming identity,
- submit a photo.
When your personal data change to the extent that they also need to be changed on the KKM card, you should go to any Ticket Sales Point to update it. In the event that the KKM card is lost or damaged due to the user’s fault, go to any Ticket Sales Point in order to receive a duplicate card along with the recently purchased valid season ticket. The cost of issuing a duplicate card is 8 PLN.
How do I obtain the Małopolska Agglomeration Card (MKA)?
The Małopolska Agglomeration Card is a personal electronic medium for a season ticket. To become a user of the MKA system, you should go to one of the MKA Customer Service Offices (BOK MKA) with a document confirming your identity (and additionally a photo) in order to collect a personalized MKA card (issued free of charge), on which the first season ticket will be registered. It is also possible to order the card through the MKA website and then collect it in person at BOK MKA or choose the option of postal delivery.

1 Disabled persons are entitled to free travel only if their disability has been established by a competent institution or public authority.
2 Free travel entitlement is granted to pupils of primary schools run in the area of municipalities which, in the relevant inter-municipal agreement with the Municipality of Krakow, set out the detailed conditions for covering the costs of this measure.
3 Persons with the entitlement to free travel may, after documenting their entitlement, obtain a personal free travel ticket, saved on a medium in the form of a personalised electronic card, for a period consistent with the validity of the documents confirming the entitlement. In cases where the entitlement for a guardian/guide (except for students with special educational needs) is also included, the free travel ticket contains a special endorsement confirming the entitlement of the guardian/guide.
